As Senior Producer, you are central to ensuring we have exceptional organizational support and communication between the publisher and our studio throughout our production.

The ideal candidate is an outstanding Organizer, Communicator as well as a great game developer - you possess a strong understanding of game development fundamentals, a great production sense and the creative & technical prowess to understand how everything comes together. You can juggle multiple responsibilities, including keeping budget and scope in check while simultaneously maintaining the big picture.

Someone with care and empathy for the team, whose goal is to empower others and support and drive the team to achieve their best work.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Team to understand the big picture goals of the project.
• Manage and maintain communication between the various disciplines of the development team and our publisher.
• Owns the vision for big picture features of the game, prioritizing Players First.
• Responsible to drive prioritization for the team creating high-level plans and roadmaps with cross-discipline dependencies.
• Drive decision making through collaboration within several departments.
• Understand the player needs, business goals, and drivers.
• Prioritize and drive new feature development across multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive processes that help smooth communication between the studio and publisher.

Minimum Qualifications and skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small team - must be open to direction and able to embrace change.
• Experience developing service/systems based features.
• Experience building or managing a live service.
• At least 5 years of experience at a game studio working as a producer.
• Experience in coordinating several initiatives in parallel.
• Interest and experience from playing games.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• International / Professional communication experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Game Development, Business, Finance, Informatics or equivalent.
• QA Experience.
• E-Sports Experience.
